DIAGNOSTICAL CRITERIA OF IMMUNOPHYSIOLOGICAL DISORDERS IN POLYTRAUMA AND SHOCK

It was studied variants of immunophysiological response in patients with polytrauma. Differently directed immune responses depending on degree of trauma and shock severity were diagnosed. In 10% of patients there developes associative immunopathological responses featured by increase of anti-inflammatory IL-4, Ig E and decrease of CD 4 level of T-helpers. A considerable decrease of IL-2 is unfavourable prognosticating factor for the patients with traumatical disease complicated by sepsis and is an indication for application of cytokines for such category of patients. A considerable increase of the given index requires immunosupsressive drugs application.
