AMINOTRANSFERASES ACTIVITY EXAMINATION IN BLOOD OF EXPERIMENTAL RATS AT THE DYNAMICS OF BURN INFLAMMATION AND ITS CORRECTION BY “CROTOZINE”

The results of experimental examinations confirm that in the inflammation dynamics in the area of burn wound the decline of de Ritis coefficient takes place, that testifies to the increase of enzyme activity of aminotransferases. Application of “Crotozine” at treatment of soft tissues burns gave a positive correcting influence on inflammatory process in the area of wound, which resulted in the less intensive increase of activity indexes in the early period (3–5 days) and assisted the decline of AlAT and AsAT in the blood serum of rats up to the level of intact animals at the late period of inflammation development in the burn area (8–10 days).
