According to the results of our work, the level of expressiveness of climacteric disturbances of women with urogenital disorders has its peculiarities. First of all, they consist in prevalence of total frequency of the basic climacteric disturbances, as well as in authentic distinctions on the part of a level of vegetative infringements. It allows to make a conclusion on unfavarable influence of urogenital disorders on the clinical course of a climacteric syndrome and to pick out these women into independent group for the decision of an actual problem of modern gynecology.
