CHROMOSOMAL INSTABILITY IN PERIPHERAL BLOOD LYMPHOCYTES IN WOMEN WITH MULTIFACTORIAL INFERTILITY

Analysis of spontaneous chromosomal aberrations in human’s peripheral blood lymphocytes was done. Three groups of women were studied. Significant increasing of aberrant cells abundance in women with multifactorial infertility (18.5±0.9 %) compared to that in patients with tube infertility (7.2±0.4 %) and healthy women (2.8±0.3 %) was shown (p<0.05). Possible correlation of the multifactorial infertility with autoimmune diseases, inherited forms of oncological diseases and chromosomal instability syndromes is discussing. We suggest that chromosomal instability in women with multifactorial infertility is a consequence of abnormalities in functions of immune, endocrine and reparative systems, it may be considered as a cytogenetic marker for multifactorial infertility.
