THE PECULIARITIES OF UNLIMITED PROTEOLYSIS AND FIBRINOLYSIS OF CORTICAL RENAL TISSUE OF WHITE RATS OF DIFFERENT AGES WITH CHRONIC OXALATE INTOXICATION

The stage of unlimited proteolysis in cortical renal tissue due to chronic potassium oxalate intoxication has been examined in rats of different age (3–18 months). It has been established, that potassium oxalate induced hyperoxaluria activates the processes of proteolysis in youhg rats, depresses in adult and doesn’t influence on proteolysis of cortical renal tissue in old rats. For all that in young rats unenzymatic fibrinolysis of renal tissue increases; enzymatic fibrynolysis with simultaneous decrease of unenzymatic fibrinolysis increases in old rats, while in adult ones — potassium oxalate doesn’t influence the state of tissue renal fibrinolysis.
