ESTIMATION OF COMPLETENESS OF 3H-AMIXIN ABSORPTION FROM MICE’S GASTROINTESTRINAL TRACT AND PRESYSTEM ELIMINATION PROCESS ON THE BASIS OF NONMODEL PHASE ANALYSIS

For the liver of experimental animals at the introduction of amixin the effect of the initial passing through organs was observed, that points at perspective of using amixin for therapy of liver infections.

At the oral introduction amixin practically completely enters from gastrointestinal tract into internal medium of the mouse organism. Presystem elimination of amixin equals 0.21 of the introducted dose. It is shown that the constant of the biliary excretion is insignificant and considerable relative effectiveness of its extretion with feces — is the result of high level of amixin contents in liver and low in blood.
