PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT AND PECULIARITIES OF ENERGY METABOLISM IN INFANTS FROM MOTHERS WITH A COMPLICATED COURSE OF PREGNANCY

156 infants were studied at their first month of life and in dynamics at the age of I year born from mothers with a complicated course of pregnancy (foetoplacental insufficiency, gestoses, threat of miscarriage). Infants born from mothers with a complicated course of pregnancy were shown to tend to insufficient weight gain. High glycolysis activity within the whole first year of life may cause low values of gain of weight in infants studied.
