Chemoradiotherapy in 84 patients with cervical cancer of stage IIБ–III was applied. 24 patients received chemoradiotherapy with chronocorrection based on chronobiologic data of discrete activity of bone marrow and optimal time of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. 30 patients received chemoradiotherapy without chronocorrection. 30 patients received only radiotherapy. For control of results the USI, CT, scintigraphy, routine laboratory methods were used.
Chronocorrection of chemoradiotherapy for advanced cervical cancer authentically improves results of treatment (38,8–46,7 %) and number of beam and toxic reactions are decreased authentically, this allow to increase patients’ quality of life.
