DOSAGE AND EFFICIENCY OF VEGETABLE CHOLINERGIC ANTAGONISTS IN PATIENTS WITH DIFFERENT PHENOTYPES OF ANTITOXIC FUNCTION OF THE LIVER

Research of a dosage and therapeutic efficiency of vegetable m-cholinergic antagonists in 1,368 patients with chronic diseases of the hepatobiliary system were carried out. In half of patients the individual dose of preparations with the help of the test with isoniazid is defined, the acetylation degree of which is a genetic marker of a liver phenotype. Application of individual doses of cholinergic agents has allowed to reduce by-effects 17–45 times in comparison with empirical selection of a dose. The ratio dose/effect depended also on a degree of biological safety of alkaloids and was maximal at application of a preparation of belladonna leaves. The least effective appeared a belladonna extract, probably due to thermal denature of alkaloids during its preparation.
