THROMBOPHILIA AT ANTIPHOSHOLIPID SYNDROME — THE ETHIOPATHOGENETIC FACTOR OF THE SYNDROME OF LOSS OF A FETUS

The work is devoted to a vital subject of modern obstetrics — an influence of thrombophilia at the antiphosholipid syndrome on gestational process.

The clinic-laboratory researches have revealed correletions between levels of markers of thrombophilia and a titre of antiphosholipid antibody, and itself thrombophilia — as the basic ethiopathogenetic factor of the syndrome of loss of a fetus.

The offered by the author algorithm of inspection and an approximate treatment regimen (the basic therapy was low-molecular heparin — fraxiparin) in 82 patients with a syndrome of loss of a fetus has enabled to prolong pregnancy in 88 % of patients of the examined group. In 12 % of patients the treatment failed because of the therapy late beginning.
