The results of coagulation system examination using double local ishemia test of the upper limb were presented. The laboratory sings of chronic intravascular disseminated coagulation syndrome in patients with bowel cancer were established. An increased thrombotic tendency was thus indicated. These findings demonstrate that early test diagnostic is effective to start prophylaxis and to prevent venous thrombosis and bleedings.
