CHARACTER OF CHANGES OF CAUSED BIOELECTRIC ACTIVITY OF VENTRAL ROOTS OF WHITE RATS AFTER COLCHICINE INFLUENCE ON SCIATIC NERVE

In the experiment on white rats the consequences of influence of colchicine (CH) — 0,5 % solution during 10 min, on the character of potentials of action of ventral roots (PA VR) caused by irritation of sciatic nerve was studied. It is established, that excitability of motor fibers is reduced, but PA VR grows; there are signs of transition of excitation in VR from excited fibers on the not excited ones (two components of PA VR). Speed of realization along motor fibers increases. Possible mechanisms of found out changes of PA VR, in particular, their communication with processes of accumulation of substances above a place of blockade of acsoplasmatic transport of CH are discussed.
