CHRONIC INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF INTERNAL GENITAL ORGANS OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE WOMEN

The results of investigation of biopsies and operative material from 2419 patients of reproductive age (34,3±0.1 years) were analyzed during 1994–2003 years. The chronic endocervicitis, endometritis and salpingitis and their combinations were revealed in 29.8 % of patients. The association of chronic inflammation of enumerated organs with their non-inflammatory pathology was observed 3 times more often.

Hence, non-inflammatory pathology of internal genital organs of reproductive age women is the risk-factor for development of pelvic inflammatory diseases.
