PREDICTIVE VALUE OF EARLY CHANGE OF THE NEUROENDOCRINAL SYSTEM FOR THE PREGNANT WOMЕN WITH PREECLAMPSIA

For the women with preeclampsia of 1st degree the neuroendocrinal regulation of homeostasis is broken in 1st trimester of pregnancy with creation of primary placental insufficiency, oppression of stress-realizing function of the hypothalamopituitary system, development of insulin resistance, that as a whole testifies to dysadaptation of the woman organism to pregnancy. In 1st trimester the state of the fetoplacental complex in pregnant women with preeclampsia, irrespective of a degree of gravity, is characterized by hormones production dysbalance, which is the evidence of primary placental insufficiency development.
