SOME MECHANISMS OF THE ADJUSTING OF HEPATOCYTES DYING OFF AT NONALCOHOLIC LIVER STEATOSIS AND STEATOHEPATITIS ON THE BACKGROUND OF TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS (IMMUNOHYSTOCHEMICAL RESEARCH)

The intensity of hepatocytes apoptosis processes and credible mechanisms of its adjusting were studied at nonalcoholic liver steatosis and steatohepatitis in patients suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus. At nonalcoholic liver steatosis, the hepatоcytes dying off takes place by the strengthening of apoptosis, because of uneffective reparation, increased production of the proapoptosis protein Вах on a background of deficit of antiapoptosis protein Bcl-2 in hepatocytes. At nonalcoholic steatohepatitis the death of hepatic cells takes place mainly due to the necrosis, that is accompanied by low expression of Вах protein in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes.
