COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF KALI SALT 2-α-ALANINE-3-CHLOR-1.4-NAPHTOHINONE AND CAVINTON EFFECTS ON THE PROCESSES OF LIPID PEROXIDATION IN THE BRAIN OF RATS WITH ACUTE DISORDER OF CEREBRAL BLOOD FLOW

It has been determined in the experiments of the rats with the acute cerebral blood flow disorder caused by unilateral ligation of common carotic artery that kali salt-2-α-alanino-3-chlor-1.4-naphtohinone (4 mg/kg intraperitoneally) similar to cavinton (5 mg/kg intraperitoneally) produces antioxidant effect. The injections of this compaund during 14 days to the rats with acute cerebral blood flow disorder caused the inhibition of lipid peroxidation processes on the background of enzyme activation of antioxidant defence (superoxidismutase, katalase) in ischemic hemisphere of the brain.
