INFLUENCE OF GLUTAMATERGIC TRANSMISSION BLOKATORS ON MONOSINAPTIC DISCHARGE OF VENTRAL ROOTS IN RATS

It is studied the action of three glutamatergic transmission blokators — rilutek, riluzol and amdifluzol on the caused activity of spinal cord. It is discovered, that all of them effectively oppress reflex excitation of motoneurons, monosinaptically activated. Regarding rilutek, the action of riluzol and amdifluzol is slightly weaker. It is assumed, that these blokators oppress the glutamate emission from presinaptic terminals.
