DINAMICS OF ANTICONVULSIVE ACTION BY TRANSDERMAL INTRODUCTION OF PHENOBARBITAL AND PHENAZEPAM

The possibility of transdermal introduction of phenobarbital and combination of phenobarbital and phenazepam in TDS was studied. It was shown that transdermal introduction systems ensured permanent prolonged effect of phenobarbital during 48 hr of application. The increase of phenobarbital concentration in the TDS caused the increase of TDS anticonvulsive activity. The transdermal introduction system with combination of phenobarbital and phenazepam ensure high stable anticonvulsive effect.
