COMPLEX TREATMENT OF BACKGROUND CERVICAL PATHOLOGY IN HIV-INFECTED WOMEN

The goal of our study was to prove the effectiveness of proposed by us complex treatment of background cervical pathology by combination of 0,05% chlorgexidine bigluconate solution and wide spectrum antibiotics. The study covered 108 HIV-infected women assessed in stage of asymptomatic carrying. Positive clinical effect was observed. The proposed complex treatment scheme can be used widely for management of background cervical pathology in HIV-infected women.
