CHARACTERISTIC OF PECULIARITIES OF THE TISSUE FIBRINOLYSIS CHANGES IN OLD RATS WITH INJURY OF THE JEJUNUM

The experiments resulted in moderate increasing of total fibrinolytic activity of the jejunum of mature rats after activation of local enzymatic fibrinolysis without changes of intensity of non-enzymatic fibrinolysis. Injures of the jejunum in old rats response to quick and excessive enlargement of local total fibrinolytic activity that takes place on the account of both increasing local enzymatic fibrinolysis and sharp growth of non-enzymatic fibrinolytic activity of the adjoining tissues of the jejunum. Structural changes of tissue fibrinolysis in mature rats after injures of the jejunum are characterized by gradual increase of enzymatic fibrinolysis. At the beginning of the experiment non-enzymatic fibrinolysis prevails in the structure of total fibrinolytic activity of the tissue of the injured jejunum, and in three hours enzymatic activities substantially increased.
