CEREBROPROTECTIVE ACTION OF AMINOACIDIC DERIVATIVE OF 1,4-NAPHTOHINONE IN THE ACUTE CEREBRAL ISCHEMIA MODEL

The influence of 10 new aminoacidic derivatives of 1,4-naphtohinone on the course of acute infringement of cerebral bloodflow in the non-drugged rats is investigated. It is shown, that the investigated substances (1 % from LD50) as well as Cavinton (5 mg/kg) have cerebroprotective action at preventive introduction in the organism. The most expressed protective effect is marked in glycine containing bonds.
