The research purpose was the study of influencing of ointment “Trofeparin” on the indices of hemocoagulogramm in experimental thrombophlebitis.
Ointment “Trofeparin” in experimental thrombophlebitis in rats has a quite powerful influence on hemocoagulation processes. Its positive action, excelling that one of the ointments containing methyluracil and heparin, is conditioned by sufficiently rapid (to the fifth day of the experiment) renewal to the physiological level of indices of content of fibrinogen B, digital parameters of prothrombin index of experimental animals.
