CERTAIN ANTICANCER DRUGS COMPARATIVE NEUROTOXICITY INVESTIGATION

The data of experimental investigations are given on the study of comparative taxol, vincristine and cysplatine neurotoxicity. The neurotoxicity displays were estimated by rats body weight measuring, “open field” motor activity indices and muscle tone evaluation as well and tail nerve conductance velocity determination. Neurotoxicity in the rats was evident through the body weight decreasing, both “open field” motor activity and muscle tone indices declining together with nerve conductance velocity diminishing. Authors concluded about the necessity of pharmacoprotection methods research during the chemotherapy.
