THE GENTAMYCIN EFFECT ON THE WHITE RATS’ KIDNEYS FUNCTION

In experiments on 28 non-linear white male rats with mass of 160–180 g by single intraperitoneum gentamycin administration in a dose of 10 mg/100 g in conditions of inductive water diuresis in 3 series of the experiment: 1) in 2 h, 2) in 12 h, 3) in 24 h, it is shown a nephrotoxic effect of this preparation which manifested itself in decrease of glomerular filtration, proximal tubular nephrons function disturbance and considerable change of kidneys osmoregulation function. These changes develop in 2 hours after gentamycin administration and keep during 24 hours.
