GALACTOSAMINE HEPATITIS AS A MODEL OF STUDYING MORPHOFUNCTIONAL VIOLATIONS OF CELLULAR MEMBRANES

Researches of the membranes fluorescent sounding and study of cholesterol content, general phospholipids and their fractions showed that introduction of both hepatotoxins leads to expressed morphofunctional changes of erythrocytes membranes, substantial violations of lipid metabolism. The change to “fluidity” of lipid matrix toward increasing its “inflexibility”, above all things, in the superficial layers of membrane is the basic nosotropic link of these damages. In less degree it touches more deep layers. Carbon tetrachloride causes more expressed changes in membranes, than galactosamine.
