STRUCTURE-FUNCTIONAL PECULIARITIES OF ANEURYSMATIC SUBARACHNOID HAEMORRHAGES COURSE IN CASE OF REBLEEDING

The investigation of structure-functional peculiarities and clinico-anatomic form changes in aneurysmatic haemorrhages after rebleeding was performed. Analysis of received results allowed to determine prognostic criteria of disease, including computer tomography factors: the area of bleeding, volume of hemorrage, distinctivness of ventricular component, presence of dislocation syndrome and brain oedema; angiography factors: critical marked angiospasm, location and size of destructured blood vessel. These data helped to determine pecularities of disease flow and to increase quality of patient’s treatment.
