ULTRASOUND MONITORING OF ENDOMETRIAL THICKNESS IN IVF PROGRAMS IN PATIENTS WITH ADENOMYOSIS IN COMPARISON WITH PATIENTS WITH TUBAL-PERITONEAL INFERTILITY

In patients with adenomyosis the endometrium before stimulation was thicker than in patients with tubal -peritoneal infertility, in women with combination of adenomyosis and endometriosis of older age and in the third and consecutive IVF programs the tendency to the less prominent endometrial growth during stimulation was seen. In patients with adenomyosis there are the peculiarities in sonographic endometrial semiotic in IVF programs (marginal endometrial thickness in the pituitary desensitization stage, decrease of endometrial reaction to stimulation).
