THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARAMETERS OF HEART RATE VARIABILITY, HEART RATE AND INDICES OF LEFT VENTRICLE STRUCTURE IN YOUNG MEN WITH HIGH NORMAL AND THE FIRST GRADE OF BLOOD PRESSURE ELEVATION

To estimate the relationship between parameters of heart rate variability, heart rate and indices of left ventricle structure 260 men 18–35 years old with high normal level of blood pressure and the 1st grade of hypertension were examined. Concentric type of left ventricle was revealed in persons with heredity predisposition to hypertension (88.7 %) and with autonomic nervous system disorders. Eccentric type of left ventricle was revealed in men with overweight (38.7 %) and with damages of circadian indices of heart rate and parasympathetic influence on heart activity.
