THE CLINICAL CASE OF UTERINE MYOMA AT A BACKGROUND OF THE FIRSE PREGNANCY OF THE 32-YEAR-OLD PATIENT

The clinical case of a 32-year-old woman with the first desired pregnancy combined with a giant uterine myoma is reported in the article. It’s shown that differentiated diagnosis of the uterine myoma and ovarian tumors is very difficult when presenting pregnancy. It’s considered that rate of combination of the uterine myoma and pregnancy is low, but it’s necessary to remember about the given pathology development possibility, especially in women with the late first pregnancy.
