INFLUENCE OF THE COMENIC ACID ON THE Na-, K-ATP-asa ACTIVITY OF THE RATS PLASMATIC NEURONAL MEMBRANES

No changes in activity Nа-, K-ATP-ase were detected in the plasmatic membranes of the rats’ spinal cord with the usage of the radioactive method while activating opioid receptors with morphine and modulating the opioid receptors with the comenic acid. We made a conclusion of the absence of direct interaction of the comenic acid and Nа-, K-ATP-ase. The question about mechanisms of modulated action of the comenic acid is discussed.
