In the article it is analysed the right to health and health care according to interconnection with rights to some health determinants, such as life, inviolability, education, nutrition, housing and working conditions, healthy environment.
There is studied fundamental contents and scope of the right to health and its care in accordance with other social, economic, cultural and civil rights, regulated by normative and legal acts of the international standard. There are outlined spheres of reciprocal penetration of these righs.
