ENZYMATIC METHOD OF THE ESTIMATION OF BONE TISSUE STATE

On three models of osteoporosis in Wistar rats and in male rats onthogenesis the dynamics of changes of femur bone density, of bone protease (total protease activity (TPA) and elastase activity (EA)) and phosphatase activites (acid (AcP) and alkaline (AlP) is investigated. The ratios TPA/EA and AcP/AlP are proposed for the estimation of a functional state of a bone tissue. The analysis of experimental researches results has shown, that the coefficient of protein metabolism TPA/EA most actively reflects a bone tissue state which allows to recommend the proposed ensymatic method as an estimating criterion at studying bone system experimental pathology or osteotropic preparations efficiency.
