THE CHANGES OF HEART RATE VARIABILITY PARAMETERS IN ACTIVE ORTOTEST IN YOUNG MEN WITH NORMAL, HIGH NORMAL BLOOD PRESSURE AND HYPERTENSION OF THE 1ST GRADE

For estimation of spectral heart rate variability parameters in active ortotest in dependence on hereditary predisposition to essential hypertension 132 young men with normal, high normal blood pressure and hypertension of the 1st grade were observed. By response of blood pressure on active ortotest all patients were divided into 3 types: with normotensive, hypertensive and hypotensive responses. The data might be used to work out diagnostic algorithms of hypertension development in young age and to prevent the progression.
