THIOLDISULFIDE SYSTEM, LIPIDS PEROXIDATION, ERYTHROCYTES SORPTION ABILITY AND ENDOGENIC INTOXICATION DATA IN THE PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM CHRONIC TELOGENIC ALOPECIA

The marked disorders of free radicals oxidation are revealed in 45 patients suffering from chronic telogenic alopecia. There are increased concentration of protein SS-groups, conformative changes of protein and marked decrease in SH/SS red/ox ratio. These modifications are associated with malon dialdehyd and mild molecular peptids accumulation and structural, functional changes of erythrocytes membranes. They are criteria of marked methabolic disorders and endogenic intoxication of an organism.
