CORRELATION OF CIRCADIAN RHYTHMS OF ARTERIAL PRESSURE AND ISCHEMIC SYNDROME IN PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM CHRONIC ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE IN COMBINATION WITH HYPERTENSION

The goal of the study constituted finding of correlative bonds between circadian manifestations of “ischemic” syndrome and arterial pressure increase in patients suffering from chronic ischemic heart disease in combination with hypertension. An object of our study were 34 patients with the above mentioned pathology. According to parametric and nonparametric correlation analysis of received results of investigation, it was determined that day time-related increase of systolic and diastolic arterial pressure are the trigger factors of ischemic changers of ST segment alterations in patients with ischemic heart disease connected with hypertension.
