RENAL DYSFUNCTIONS IN WHITE RATS AT COURSE INTRODUCTION OF GENTAMYCIN

Experiments on 20 non linear white male rats with the weight of 80–90 g by course intraperitoneal administration of gentamycin 1 time a day in a dose of 10 mg/100 g in conditions of induced water diuresis show nephrotoxic effect of this preparation which developed in decrease of glomerular filtration speed, dysfunction of proximal tubular nephrone and considerable change of kidneys osmoregulation function, decrease of capacity to osmotic urine dilute, and, as a whole, retention of water and оsmotically active substances in an organism of animals.
