There was conducted evaluation of efficacy and safety of photoselective prostatic vaporization with “green laser” usage with the power 80 W in patients suffering from benign prostatic hypertrophy, who use anticoagulants.
In 3 months after the surgery there was confirmed Improvement of all the parameters as compared with the indices before the operation. During the observation period there were no serious complications which could demand transfusion of repeated hospitalization.
