INVESTIGATION OF AMINO ACID COMPOSITION OF NEW POTENTIAL DRUGS OF TROPHINOTROPINS GROUP — СEREBRAL AND ADEMENT

There was studied the amino acid composition of two new neurotrophic drugs Cerebral and Adement. It is shown that the content of free amino acids such as asparagine, glutamic and γ-aminobutyric acids is significantly higher in Сerebral than in the control drug. A nonfractionated preparation contained higher amounts of glutamic and aspartic acid at low concentrations of serine. The first fraction of Сerebral contained high amounts of glutamic acid and proline. In the second fraction a significant increase in the concentration of glutamic acid, lysine, alanine, γ-aminobutyric acid, threonine and serine, as well as a sharp decrease in the concentration of proline, leucine and tyrosine is observed.
