PECULIARITIES OF BLOOD LIPID SPECTRUM AND LIPID PEROXIDATION INTENSITY AS METABOLIC CONDITIONS OF DIABETIC GASTROPATHY DEVELOPMENT

Metabolic conditions of diabetic gastropathy development in 60 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 were studied. It was established a reliable increasing of blood lipids content, with the increasing of proatherogenic, decreasing of antiatherogenic lipoproteins and antioxidant factors activity, due to which the intensity of oxidative stress, vascular violations and gastric mucosa epithelium apoptosis increased.
