STATE OF ANTIOXIDATIVE PROTECTIVE SYSTEM DURING GALACTOSAMINE-INDUCED HEPATITIS AND USAGE OF DERIVATIVES OF OXYETHYLYDENDIPHOSPHONATOGERMANATES (report 1)

In the article there is an information on the influence of new BAS of oxyethylydendiphosphonate germanate (with nicotine acid — MIGU-4, with nicotinamide — MIGU-5 and magnesium — MIGU-6) on enzymatic part of the cellular antioxidant system (AOS) at galactozamine hepatitis in rats. Researches showed that at preventive-cure course administration all studied compounds substantially prevented suppression of key enzymes of AOS – superoxide dismutase and catalase. According to force and expression of the pharmacological influence given BAS and preparation of comparison — heptral — can be disposed in the following sequence: MIGU-4 > MIGU-5 > MIGU-6 > heptral.
