POSSIBILITIES OF THE PHARMACOLOGICAL PREVENTION OF ENERGY METABOLISM VIOLATIONS IN THE LIVER OF RATS, GOT FROM THE IRRADIATED PREDECESSORS

The changes of high-energy substances content in the liver of animals got from irradiated male and female rats are investigated in the work. It is revealed that γ-irradiation of animals before coupling in a total dose of 1.0 Gy results in diminishing AMP, ADP, and ATP content in the liver of their posterity. The dynamics of age changes of high-energy substances maintenance is violated in the liver of irradiated rats posterity. Administration of “Thyotriazolinum” and “Berlition” after irradiation before coupling diminishes violation of AMP, ADP, and ATP maintenance in the liver of animals got from the irradiated predecessors.
