At the experiment of white rats flocking breeding the combined pathology of caries and medical injury of liver simultaneous to the prophylactic introduction of Vitamin D3, calcyt ,sunflower lecithin or the combination of these preparations (lecithin-D3), was simulated. The simulation of the pathology was shown to lead to calcium concentration reduce in bone, there is no essential influence on nonorganic phosphats upkeep in bone but there is essential reduce concentration of calcium to phosphates correlation (Са/Р).
The findings make possible to conclude that the most effective preparation optimizating calcium to phosphates correlation (Са/Р) in bone, further to rise calcium absorption is the combined preparation lecithin-D3.
