Geographical features of cancer incidence (С00–95) among young people in the Ternopil region were analyzed.
17 regions and the Ternopil city were examined concerning the cancer-register data on cancer incidence in population till 34 years old.
The frequency of malignant tumours in people till 34 years in the Ternopil region during 1997–2004 was 21.6±0.8 on 100 000 population.
