It has been determined that the prevalence of aggravate obstetrical anamnesis in rural region’s women aged 45 years and older with asymptomatic hyperglycemia six times as higher as in the normoglycemic group. The presence of this factor in women is connected with obesity, arterial hypertension and hyperglycemia. That is why it is necessary to elaborate the standard of such women monitoring for DM type 2 and cardiovascular pathology.
