Vegetative disfunction is one of the first displays and reasons for arterial hypertension. We conducted the research of vegetative disorders in 92 patients suffering from arterial hypertension of I–II stages before and after the treatment course. The got results confirm pathogenetic influence of method of the multilevel systemic laserotherapy. Complex therapy with the use of low intensive laser irradiation of projections of sympatic regulation of the blood circulation system, positively influences the correction of vegetative disorders, which substantially improves the results of medical treatment.
