EFFICACY OF CORVITIN CORRECTION OF HEMODYNAMIC VIOLATIONS IN PREGNANT WOMEN SUFFERING FROM SUBCLINICAL HYPOTHYROIDISM

Complex clinical and laboratory results of examination of 63 pregnant women suffering from subclinical hypothyroidism revealed the development of compensatory changes and functional violations of cardiovascular system, which manifest as syndrome of hypodynamia and myocardiodystrophy, which is accompanied by increased rate of complications in pregnancy and labour. Corvitin usage in generally accepted treatment of pregnants suffering from subclinical hypothyroidism decreases hemodynamic changes provoked by subclinical hypothyroidism, normalizes systole-diastole heart function and peripheral circulation, that assists to the essential decreasing the risk of complication development in pregnancy and labour.
