DYNAMICS OF PHOSPHOLIPID COMPONENT OF THE LIVER AT GALAKTOSAMINE DAMAGE AND USAGE OF OXYETHYLYDENDIPHOSPHONATOGERMANATES

The study of influence of new biologically active substances of the oxyethylydendiphosphonatоgermanate class (with nicotinic acid — MIGU-4, with nicotinamide — MIGU-5 and magnesium MIGU-6) on phospholipid content of rats’ hepatocyte membranes at galactosamine hepatitis is conducted. Researches showed that at the course of preventive medicinal introduction all studied compounds significantly prevent alteration of the level of general phospholipids, some of their fractions, general cholesterol and correlation of coefficient of cholesterol/phospholipids. Thus, it significantly prevents destructive processes in the hepatocyte membranes, observed at toxic hepatitis.
