HYDAZEPAM TRANSPORT THROUGH THE GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT UNDER CONDITIONS OF ADMINISTRATION OF CYTOCHROME P-450 INDUCER AND INHIBITOR AND IN COMPLEX WITH CYCLODEXTRIN

The main goal of the research was studying drug transport processes through the gastrointestinal tract on example of hydazepam in normal condition, with pre-administration of phenobarbital, ketoconazol and as complex with cyclodextrin.

It was shown that hydazepam has high bioavailability, primary passage effect and fast excretion when orally administrated. Prior administration of phenobarbital results in increasing of metabolism and intense excretion, of ketoconazol — gives particulary reduced metabolism and slowed excretion of general radioactive material.
