HEMODYNAMIC OF EYES IN COMPLICATED CHRONIC RECURRENT ANTERIOR UVEITIS

Actuality. Social importance of anterior uveitis is connected with high morbidity in patients of young and working age. Complications of this form of uveitis are degeneration of macula and posterior pole of eye, which may be cause of blindness end eye disabled workers.

Aim. Studying of eye hemodynamic condition changes in patients with anterior chronic recidive uveitis as diagnostic sign of complication — macula degeneration.

Material and methods. 54 patients (71 eyes) with chronic anterior uveitis were observed. In addition to general clinical ophthalmologic patients examination the rheoophthalmography was done to determine the eyes hemodynamic.

Results. The features of the area of occurrence of retinal macular and posterior eye pole degeneration in patients with anterior uveitis was done. Method for the diagnostic and prevention of pathological process was provided.

Conclusion. It was revealed that the defeat of the fundus was found in 29.5% of cases as a complication of anterior uveitis. It’s accompanied with significant reduction in eye hemodynamic in remission.
