ESTIMATION OF LIFE QUALITY IN PATIENTS AFTER LUMBAR MICRODISCECTOMY

Formation and intensity of pain syndrome with discogenic compression of spinal roots at lumbosacral spine are caused by both sensory reaction of an organism to hurting stimulus, and psychoemotional tension of the patient. Lumbar microdiscectomy results had shown that quality of the patient life after this surgery is caused not only by a physical status and intensity of pain but also expression of mental changes (anxiety and depression), degree of negative estimation of their condition by patients.
